Consumption of alcohol and Synplatt together may have severe effects on your health.
Ideally Synplatt is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, aspirin can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain. Generally, for treating toothache arising due to dental cavities and dental procedures ibuprofen along with antibiotics are recommended by dentists to reduce swelling and pain.
Yes, you can take Synplatt for headache. The exact mechanism is not known. However, some researchers suggest that Synplatt blocks the action of chemical messenger ( bradykinin) which is responsible for headache.
Take Synplatt as directed by your doctor. Do not discontinue the drug suddenly or take it longer than prescribed by your doctor.
Synplatt should not be taken when a person has been detected with dengue. This is because aspirin may cause internal bleeding which can be fatal during dengue. To bring down fever in dengue patients, paracetamol can be given along with plenty of fluids such as soups, juices, and water. Along with taking precautionary measures mentioned above, seek medical advice right away in case of Dengue as negligence and low platelet counts may lead to fatal consequences. You are highly recommended to follow the doctor's instructions.
