Synasma is a brand name of doxofylline and it is available in the form of a tablet and syrup. It is a derivative of methylxanthine and belongs to the class of drug known as bronchodilators. Synasma is a prescription drug which is used for relief of bronchospasm in bronchial asthma, COPD, and pulmonary disease.
Synasma contains doxofylline which is a bronchodilator. It works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme that causes smooth muscle relaxation.
