Yes, Stalmox can be taken with cough medicine. Clinically no harmful drug-drug interactions have been reported between them. However, if you feel any side effects after taking these two medicines at the same time, please inform the doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Stalmox works by inhibiting the growth of the bacterial cell wall which is essential for the growth of bacteria. Hence, in this way, it prevents us from bacterial infections.
Stalmox should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote resistant bacteria which result in a relapse of the infection.
