Side effects of drinking alcohol and taking Septimox 250 Tablet DT at the same time are rare and minor. However, if you face any side effects, talk to your doctor immediately.
Discontinuing Septimox on your own can increase the chances of bacterial resistance. It is recommended that you always consult your doctor before discontinuing medicine on your own.
Septimox should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote resistant bacteria which result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 3 - 7-day course even after getting symptomatic relief. In case you feel any discomfort such as breathing difficulties and skin reactions while taking this medicine please inform your doctor immediately.
