Salpallin is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. It is typically used for the treatment of Cough.

Yes, Salpallin causes drowsiness or dizziness but it occurs in a few cases only. It is a known side effect of this drug. Do not take up activities such as driving while taking this drug.
Salpallin has been reported to cause low potassium (hypokalemia) but it occurs only in a few cases. It is a known side effect of this drug. You are advised to ensure adequate intake of electrolytes daily.
Yes, Salpallin causes a headache, this occurs rarely. It is a known side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause behind this is unknown. If you experience a severe headache after taking this drug, consider taking a mild painkiller, applying balms and complete rest. Even if the pain does not subside then discuss with your doctor immediately.
