Bromsal, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Syrup. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Cough.

On getting symptomatic relief with Bromsal its recommended to check with your doctor once before discontinuing this drug.
No, Bromsal does not cause nosebleed (epistaxis) at regular doses. If you are experiencing nose bleed after taking this drug, then please consult your doctor immediately without any further delay.
Tablet can be taken with or without food. Inhalers to be taken preferably on empty stomach to avoid delayed absorption and infections. For children more than 4 years of age and adults, two inhalations repeated every 4 to 6 hours is recommended or as advised by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with hypertension, hyperthyroidism, and diabetes mellitus.
Yes, Bromsal causes a headache, this occurs rarely. It is a known side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause behind this is unknown.
