Yes, you can take Rekmox with paracetamol. No clinical drug-drug interactions have observed between them. However, if you feel any side effects after consuming these two medicine at the same time then inform the doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Rekmox can be safely taken as prescribed by your doctor. Do not discontinue the medicine suddenly or take it longer than prescribed duration.
Rekmox should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
