Yes, Penom can cause diarrhea by disturbing bacterial flora of the gut. It is a common side effect of this drug. However, if you are experiencing severe diarrhea after consuming this medicine inform the doctor immediately and check if you can discontinue the medicine.
Yes, Penom can cause yeast infection especially in women. You are recommended to inform doctor/gynaecologist if you are experiencing symptoms of yeast infections after taking this medicine.
Yes, you can take Penom with paracetamol. No clinical drug-drug interactions have observed between them. However, if you feel any side effects after consuming these two medicine at the same time then inform the doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Penom should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
