Yes, Osta D3 can cause constipation if taken this drug more than the recommended doses. It is a common side effect of this drug. The exact cause of constipation is unknown. If you are experiencing constipation after taking this drug then try to take laxative such as Isabgol and eat less spicy highly fibrous food.
