Oriphex is effective against a wide range of both gram negative and gram positive bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Streptococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
