Ofoxin is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet, Suspension. It is primarily used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Ear Infection, Bacterial Infections. Ofoxin also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Interaction between Food and Ofoxin
When consumed with certain foods, Ofoxin may take longer to have an effect. Contact your doctor about this.
Interaction between Alcohol and Ofoxin
Taking alcohol with Ofoxin can be dangerous.
Ofoxin should be taken with a meal. Drink plenty of fluids while you are taking this medicine. Drinking extra water will help prevent some unwanted effects of this medicine. Do not take this medicine along with milk, yogurt, or other dairy products, it may reduce the absorption of a drug. Take it exactly as directed by the physician.

It is recommended to avoid taking Ofoxin with azithromycin because it can cause heart-related problems. However, if your doctor has prescribed it to you take it as per his/her advice.
