Nock 2 may cause moderate side effects during pregnancy. If you feel its harmful effects, then stop taking this drug immediately, and do not take Nock 2 again without your doctor's advice.

Women who are breastfeeding can experience some moderate side effects of Nock 2. Immediately discontinue Nock 2 if you observe any side effects. Contact your doctor, and restart using it only if your doctor considers it safe for you.

Ideally Nock 2 is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, nimesulide can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain. Generally, for treating toothache arising due to dental cavities and dental procedures ibuprofen along with antibiotics are recommended by dentists to reduce swelling and pain.
