Mencip is not recommended as the first-line of a drug for treating a sinus infection. However, if there are no other alternatives available then you can take it. Keep your doctor informed.
Yes, Mencip can be taken with dextromethorphan. There are no known interactions between them. However, if you are experiencing any side effects after taking these two medicines to inform your doctor.
