I Tax is a brand name for ceftriaxone. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medication called cephalosporins. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, used for treating bacterial infections, such as bronchitis, gonorrhea, respiratory, ear, throat, and urinary tract infection.
I Tax works by inhibiting the growth of the bacterial cell wall which is essential for the growth of bacteria. Hence, in this way, it prevents us from bacterial infection.
Discontinuing I Tax in between may promote resistance to bacteria which may result in a relapse of the infection.
