Interaction between Food and Exylin
Taking Exylin with food does not harm your health.
Interaction between Alcohol and Exylin
Taking [medicine] and alcohol at the same time may lead to mild side effects. Contact your doctor right away if you observe any side effects.
Exylin should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote resistant bacteria which result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 3 - 7-day course even after getting symptomatic relief. In case you feel any discomfort such as breathing difficulties and skin reactions while taking this medicine please inform your doctor immediately.
Rarely Exylin causes weight gain or loss. However, If you feel your weight is fluctuating after taking this medicine then inform to doctor right away and follow his/her instructions.
Yes, Exylin can cause yeast infection especially in women. You are recommended to inform doctor/gynaecologist if you are experiencing symptoms of yeast infections after taking this medicine.
