Adult	Disease: Malaria Before or After Meal: Either Single Maximum Dose: 1 Tablet Dosage Form: Tablet Dosage Route: Oral Frequency: doctor administered Course Duration: 4 days Special Instructions: strength 1500 mg sulfadoxine, 75 mg pyrimethamine (single dose) and 100 mg artesunate (twice daily for 4 days)
