Doxonimar contains doxofylline which is a bronchodilator. It works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme that causes smooth muscle relaxation. This results in breathing easily during COPD and bronchial asthma. It has also an anti-inflammatory activity which exerts by reducing pleurisy (inflammation of pleura of lungs) induced by the inflammatory mediator. Hence in this way, Doxonimar provides relief to the patients from bronchospasm and breathing trouble in respiratory disorders.

How to take Doxonimar?

Take Doxonimar 2-3 times a day or as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food because food does not affect the absorption of medicine from the gut.
