Colik is a brand name for a compound known as dicyclomine. It belongs to the class of compounds known as anticholinergics (a compound that blocks the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the central and peripheral nervous system) and antispasmodics. It is available as a tablet, capsule, syrup and an injection. Colik is used for the treatment of functional bowel / irritable bowel syndrome.
