Yes, Cefixime + Dicloxacillin + Lactobacillus can be taken with paracetamol, no clinically significant interactions are seen between these two. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Please talk to your doctor before consuming these two medicines at the same time.

Yes Cefixime + Dicloxacillin + Lactobacillus is used to treat typhoid fever. It is second-line treatment for typhoid fever. If other antibiotics are resistant to salmonella typhi then this drug is found to be very effective to give symptomatic relief during typhoid.

Discontinuing Cefixime + Dicloxacillin + Lactobacillus in between may promote resistant to bacteria which result in relapse of infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief.
