Interaction between Alcohol and Azibac
It is difficult to say anything about the effect of Azibac and alcohol. No research has been done on this yet.
No harmful interactions are found between Azibac and alcohol, it does not reduce the effectiveness of the drug. However, alcohol can cause liver damage and dehydration in some people which may increase the severity of side effects, if taken together. So, it is better to avoid taking alcohol with Azibac.
Azibac is not given for the abscess. It is not recommended for skin and soft tissue infection. Generally, a combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate is given twice daily. However. it is best to consult your doctor for the right line of treatment for an abscess.
