Adgef contains Gefitinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) primarily used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It targets and inhibits the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase, which is involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells.
