Itrasig is a prescription drug, available for use as Capsule. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Fungal Infections, Candidal Infection. Itrasig also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Itrasig. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. While these are the most often observed Itrasig side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Such side effects of Itrasig normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.

It is also important to note that Itrasig has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Severe effect on lactating mothers. In addition, Itrasig's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Itrasig related warnings section.
