Due to lack of research, nothing can be said about side effects of consuming alcohol while taking Seleno Tablet.
No, Seleno is not safe for babies. It is not recommended to use in babies because it can cause Reye’s syndrome (causes swelling in the brain and liver damage).
Seleno contains choline salicylate which has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. It gives a soothing effect to the sore area in the mouth and relief from inflammation.
Seleno is a prescription drug so do not take it without consulting a doctor. It can be harmful to consume this medicine if you don't require it.
Rinse with mouthwash for 30 seconds 1-2 times in a day or as directed by your doctor. The oral gel has to be applied to the affected area as directed by physician, then wash your hands. Seleno should not be swallowed or spit it out after applying. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using this drug.
