No, Fol 5 is a vitamin, whereas, Iron is a mineral. Many multivitamins and prenatal vitamins contain both these substances, as it is alright to take both of these substances together.
Fol 5 is responsible for cell growth inside the skin, hair, and nails. It can help with hair growth.
Fol 5 should be taken at the same time, whether morning or night. It should be taken with a glass of water, with or without food.
Folate is required by the human body for the synthesis, repair, and methylation of DNA. It also acts as a cofactor for various biological processes.
