Yes, long-term use of Noragyl O can increase the risk of tendonitis and tendon rupture in some people. However, the exact mechanism of tendon rupture is not known. If you suffer from tendon rupture or any kind of muscular pain after consuming this drug, please consult your doctor immediately.
Noragyl O is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by inhibiting the bacterial cell division and stops the working of enzyme which is responsible for cell division. It is effective against a large number of bacteria, even those bacteria which are resistant to other drugs.
Yes, Noragyl O can be taken with paracetamol, no clinically significant interactions are seen between these two. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Please talk to your doctor before consuming these two medicines at the same time.
