Can I take Zevert with cinnarizine?

Zevert is an analogue of histamine whereas cinnarizine is an antihistamine. Theoretically analogue of histamine counteract with antihistamine hence should not be used together. No clinical trial suggest on the concurrent use of these two medicines together.
