Interaction between Alcohol and Xolycef Sb
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Xolycef Sb with alcohol will be.
Xolycef SB and doxycycline can be taken together, as there are no reported harmful interactions between them. However, it doesn't mean that no interactions exist between them. Please take if prescribed by a doctor.
Xolycef SB can be safely taken as prescribed by your doctor. Do not discontinue the medicine suddenly or take it longer than prescribed duration.
Xolycef SB works by inhibiting the growth of the bacterial cell wall which is essential for the growth of bacteria. Hence, in this way, it prevents us from bacterial infection.
Rarely Xolycef SB can cause neurotoxicity. It is a reversible side effect of this drug, the symptoms caused due to drug-induced neurotoxicity often disappear after this drug is stopped.
