Metmore, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of Diabetes.

Interaction between Alcohol and Metmore
Consuming Metmore with alcohol can have many serious effects on your body.
Metmore helps in weight loss by reducing appetite and food intake. It also increases the insulin sensitivity in your body to work more effectively. This lead to decreased glucose production increases the use of glucose and decrease the fat deposition further helps in weight loss. However, Metmore is not approved for weight loss, this is an off-label use.
Metmore should be taken with food to reduce stomach and bowel side effects, which may experience the first few weeks of treatment. Also, exercise regularly and test for sugar in your blood or urine as directed.
Yes, you can take Metmore with a beta-blocker. People with diabetes tend to develop heart disease or stroke at an earlier age than the general population. One reason for this is that high glucose levels increase your risk of high blood pressure (hypertension). No harmful interactions are seen between them. However, a recent study suggests that beta-blockers can decrease the plasma level of Metmore and long-term use can increase lactic acid and uric acid in the blood.
Metmore works by decreasing the hepatic glucose production. It also works to lower blood sugar by increasing your sensitivity to insulin and decreasing the amount of glucose that is absorbed from the food you eat.
Metmore can be taken forever, diabetes is a progressive disease it's possible that more medication and/or insulin may eventually need to be added to the regime.
