Yes, you can take Loress with ranitidine, both medicines work to reduce the acid secretion in the stomach and help to relieve from acidity, heartburn, and other stomach problem caused by acid. No, known interactions are seen between them when taking them together. However, it is best to consult a doctor before taking these two medicines at the same time.
This is because a long-term use of Loress can cause Vitamin B12 deficiency. Stomach acids help in the absorption of Vitamin B 12, and this drug suppresses stomach acid which is required for the absorption of vitamin B12.
