If you are experiencing severe diarrhoea after taking this drug, discuss your doctor immediately without any further delay.
Yes, Peptard D can cause dry mouth. It is a rare side effect of this drug. If you experience severe dry mouth after taking this drug, keep yourself hydrated with juices, shakes, and ample water.
Ideally, Peptard D should be taken by mouth once daily but it can be taken twice in some cases depending on the severity of symptoms or as advised by your doctor. It should be taken before 30 minutes of eating food to prevent acidity and heartburn. Precautions must be taken in patients with hypersensitivity and improper liver function.
