Ingredients:

  • 1 large raw mango
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 4-5 grinded black pepper
  • Black salt according to taste
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Half a cup of sugar

Method of preparation
Wash the mangoes and boil them. Let them cool. Peel them and mash them well. Now add cumin powder, black pepper powder, black salt, asafoetida and sugar. Mix until the sugar melts. Pour this mixture into four tall glasses and fill the glasses with cold water. Mix well and serve.

  • 2 cups fresh cold curd
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Half a teaspoon cardamom
  • 8 to 10 ml saffron
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • Half a cup crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon hot milk

Method of preparation
Soak saffron in 1 tablespoon hot milk and rub until it melts. Mix sugar and curd and stir until the sugar dissolves. Before serving, combine all the ingredients and mix using a hand blender and serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 3 cups cold/hot milk

  • Two-thirds (2/3) teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons kewra essence (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons rose water

Method of making
Make a smooth paste of almonds and pistachios in your food processor. To do this, add some milk to it. A lot of people prefer to remove the almond shell before grinding.   • 2 teaspoon mint paste

  • 1 medium sized lemon
  • 2 glasses of cold water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder (jeera powder)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Rock salt as required
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or as required
