First method: Coriander seed water

What is needed - 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1 cup water

Method of making -  Put 1 teaspoon coriander seeds in 1 cup of water and let the seeds soak in water overnight. The next morning, filter this water, separate the seeds and drink the water on an empty stomach in the morning. If you want, you can dry this seed and use it again in making vegetables.

Second method - Boil 1 glass of water and add 1 teaspoon coriander seeds to it. Let the seeds boil with water for 1 minute and then remove this water from the gas. Cool it for some time and then filter it and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Second method: Coriander leaves water

What is needed - 15-20 coriander leaves, 1 glass of water, lemon juice

Method of making -  Put these coriander leaves in water and mix well and let them soak in water overnight. Next morning, filter the water and separate the coriander leaves and add a few drops of lemon to this water and consume it.

Second method - Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly and grind them in a mixer. Add half a cup of hot water and a few drops of lemon to it and drink it on an empty stomach every morning.
