Interaction between Food and Vobis 0.3 Tablet

Interaction between Alcohol and Vobis 0.3 Tablet
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Vobis 0.3 Tablet with alcohol will be.
Vobis contain voglibose. It works by inhibiting the enzyme (alpha-glucosidase) that reduces the rate of digestion of complex carbohydrates. Less glucose is absorbed because the carbohydrates are not broken down into glucose molecules. Hence in this way, Vobis reduces blood sugar levels.
Vobis itself does not cause alopecia ( hair loss). However, the conditions treated by Vobis, type 2 diabetes and PCOS, often list hair loss as a possible symptom.
No, Vobis does not cause weight loss. It has not been reported by a patient who is taking this medicine. However, if you experience weight loss after taking this drug then it might be due to some other reason.
