Subal Forte comes in the form of tablet and capsule and ideally, it should be taken by mouth once daily along with food or without food post evening or as advised by your doctor. Do not take this medicine more than once in a day. Do not take this medicine along with antacids because this lowers the stomach acids which can decrease the absorption of vitamin B-12. Also, do not take it along with metformin which can decrease levels of both vitamin B-12 and folate. Take it exactly as directed by the physician.
