It works by inhibiting the bacterial cell division and stops the working of enzyme which is responsible for cell division. It is effective against a large number of bacteria, even those bacteria which are resistant to other drugs.
Yes, long-term use of Sefjim-Ox can increase the risk of tendonitis and tendon rupture in some people. However, the exact mechanism of tendon rupture is not known. If you suffer from tendon rupture or any kind of muscular pain after consuming this drug, please consult your doctor immediately.
No, Sefjim-Ox does not contain penicillin. It is an antibiotic that belongs to the class of medication called fluoroquinolone.
