The optimal dosage of Pregron is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Pregron as well, which are listed below. Usually, these side effects of Pregron go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Pregron's effect during pregnancy is Safe and Moderate while nursing. In addition, Pregron's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Pregron related warnings section.

Pregron is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Peptic Ulcer, Depression are examples of such conditions. Other contraindications of Pregron have been discussed in the sections ahead.
