Onida Bd is a brand name of ofloxacin. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medication called fluoroquinolones. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, used for treating bacterial infections, such as bronchitis, pneumonia, urinary, respiratory, skin, gastrointestinal, anthrax, bone, and eye infections.
Take Onida Bd if your doctor has prescribed it to you. However, keep a close check on blood sugar levels as metformin is known to cause hypoglycemia( sudden dip in blood sugar levels). In case you are experiencing severe hypoglycemia, please inform your doctor immediately.
Onida Bd can be taken with doxycycline. No drug-drug interactions are reported between them. Doxycyclin also does not affect the absorption of this drug.
