Nupan is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Acidity, GERD, Peptic Ulcer. Other than this, Nupan has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

Interaction between Food and Nupan

Interaction between Alcohol and Nupan
Taking Nupan with alcohol can have severely harmful effects on your health.
Take Nupan as long as your doctor has recommended you to take it. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Consult your doctor if there is no symptomatic relief.
Discontinuation of Nupan on your own can cause rebound effects. So, it advisable to take this drug as directed by the doctor and do not discontinue medicine on your own.
Yes, Nupan can be taken with Zantac. Both medicines work by reducing the acid secretion in the stomach which helps in relieving acidity. No harmful drug interactions have been reported between them. However, please consult your doctor before taking the two medicines together.
Yes, Nupan can be taken with sucralfate, take it at least 30 minutes before consuming sucralfate. If you experience any unwanted side effects after taking these two medicines at the same time then inform the doctor immediately and follow his/her instructions.
