Nazome is a prescription medicine that is available as a Drops. Blocked Nose, Sneezing are some of its major therapeutic uses.

Interaction between Alcohol and Nazome
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Nazome with alcohol will be.
Nazome is a brand name of xylometazoline and it comes in form of nasal drops and nasal spray. It belongs to the class of drug known as an alpha-adrenergic agonist (sympathomimetic agent). It is an over the counter (OTC) drug that is used to provide relief from nasal congestion associated with common cold, hay fever, sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis.
Usually, Nazome is used for short-term treatment (up to 7 days) of nasal congestion. You are advised use it as per your doctor's advice. Do not use it longer than prescribed by your doctor because it can cause rebound congestion.
Yes, Nazome can be taken with ibuprofen. No harmful drug interaction has been reported between them. It is safe to take Nazome along with ibuprofen.
Put 1 - 2 drops or 1 spray of Nazome in each nostril 2 - 3 times in a day or as advised by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperthyroidism.
