Yes, Motidom can cause headache, this occurs rarely. It is a known side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause behind this is unknown. If you experience severe headache after taking this drug, consider taking a mild painkiller, applying balms and complete rest, even after this if pain does not subside then discuss with your doctor immediately.
Motidom contains domperidone (dopamine D2-receptor antagonist). It works by inhibiting the neurotransmitter dopamine (a chemical messenger present in our body) from acting on the vomiting center present in the brain thus preventing nausea and vomiting which provides relief to the patient from nausea and vomiting.
