Yes, Migrellium may cause constipation. The exact cause behind constipation is unknown. However, if you are experiencing constipation after taking this drug then try to take laxative such as Isabgol and eat less spicy highly fibrous food.
Very rarely, Migrellium causes hair loss (alopecia). Animal studies have shown that flunarizine can cause loss of hair. Hence its possibility in humans cannot be denied. If you are experiencing excessive hair loss after taking this drug then you are advised to discuss it with your doctor.
Migrellium contains flunarizine which works through preventing the narrowing of blood vessels due to calcium overload caused by the excessive influx of calcium.
