Mastero is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Diabetes are some of its major therapeutic uses.
The right dosage of Mastero depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.
Mastero also has some side effects, the most common being Stomach Upset, Difficulty urinating. While these are the most often observed Mastero side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. These side effects of Mastero are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
It is also important to note that Mastero has a Mild effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers. Warnings related to Mastero's effects on the liver, heart and kidney, if any, have been listed below.

Interaction between Food and Mastero
Due to a lack of research, nothing can be said about the consequences of taking Mastero together with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Mastero
Consuming Mastero with alcohol can have many serious effects on your body.
Mastero increases the sensitivity of insulin, young women with PCOS often have elevated insulin levels and are more likely to develop diabetes. It is often prescribed for women with PCOS to help prevent diabetes. A lifestyle that includes healthy nutrition and daily exercise is the most important part of a PCOS treatment plan.
Mastero can be taken forever, diabetes is a progressive disease it's possible that more medication and/or insulin may eventually need to be added to the regime.
Mastero is not a known cause of alopecia (hair loss). However, the conditions treated by Mastero type 2 diabetes and PCOS, often list hair loss as a possible symptom.
Mastero helps in weight loss by reducing appetite and food intake. It also increases the insulin sensitivity in your body to work more effectively. This lead to decreased glucose production increases the use of glucose and decrease the fat deposition further helps in weight loss. However, Mastero is not approved for weight loss, this is an off-label use.
Lactic acidosis associated with Mastero treatment is a rare but fatal adverse effect. Lactic acidosis appears to result from biguanide interference causing an increase in production and decrease in clearance of lactate leading to higher cellular lactate levels. A decrease in pyruvate carboxylase activity, the rate-limiting enzyme in the formation of glucose from lactate, can also decrease hepatic metabolism of lactate. leading to increasing lactic acidosis. Signs and symptoms of Mastero induced lactic acidosis are nonspecific and include anorexia, nausea, vomiting, altered level of consciousness, hyperpnoea, abdominal pain, and thirst.
