Lucipro D is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by inhibiting the bacterial cell division for this it stops the working of enzyme which is responsible for cell division. It is effective against a large number of bacteria, even those bacteria which is other drugs to resistant.
