Leoquin contains chloroquine. It has antimalarial, amebicidal, and immunosuppressant activity. Leoquin works in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by suppressing the immune system which provides relief to the patient from pain and inflammation.
