The general recommended an oral dose of the Kopreg M is 1500 µg daily, divided into three doses. It is also available in other forms such as injectibles. Patients with critically low levels of methylcobalamin are often recommended by to take intramuscular injections to cover up for their deficiency.
Kopreg M is an active form of vitamin B12. It is available in the form of oral, parenteral, and sublingual (under the tongue) formulations.
