Yes, Hipres may cause drowsiness (sleepiness). It is a common side effect of this drug. If you experience drowsiness after taking this drug, then you are advised not to drive any vehicle or operate any machinery to avoid accidental injury.
Rarely, Hipres causes depression. However, the exact cause of depression is not known.
