Fertilix contains clomifene that is an ovulatory stimulant which works by stimulating the release of gonadotropin hormones such as luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormones (FSH) from the pituitary gland in the brain. This leads to maturation of ovarian follicle and increases the circulating level of estradiol (female sex hormone) which induces ovulation.
