Emgra is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of Post Menopausal Osteoporosis, Urethritis, Vaginal atrophy. Other than this, Emgra has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

Yes, Emgra might cause depression in a few cases only. It is a rare side effect of this drug and the exact cause behind this is unknown.
No, Emgra does not cause acne. It has not been reported by the patients who are taking this drug. In-fact acne might result due to hormonal imbalance (low estradiol levels) caused by menopause and Emgra is given to correct that hormonal imbalance.
Yes Emgra can be taken along with levothyroxine at the same time. Levothyroxine does not appear to interfere with the efficacy of Emgra. Hence, it is alright to take them together. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Long-term use of Emgra at higher doses increases the risk of endometrial cancer in postmenopausal women. It depends on the duration of treatment and doses of this drug. If you are taking this drug for prolonged duration and having recurring abnormal vaginal bleeding then consult it with your doctor without further delay.
Rarely, Emgra might delay periods (amenorrhea). It occurs due to hormonal imbalance. If your periods are delayed for more than one month then you are advised to discuss it with your doctor.
