Dortim is a prescription drug, available for use as Drops. Other than this, Dortim has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.
The correct dosage of Dortim depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.
The most common side effects of Dortim are Eye Swelling. While these are the most often observed Dortim side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. These side effects of Dortim are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.
In addition, Dortim's effect is Moderate during pregnancy and Moderate for lactating mothers. In addition, Dortim's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Dortim related warnings section.

Dortim can have harmful effects in pregnant women. If you experience any discomfort after using Dortim, then discontinue the use and take your doctor's advice.

Women who are breastfeeding can experience some moderate side effects of Dortim. Immediately discontinue Dortim if you observe any side effects. Contact your doctor, and restart using it only if your doctor considers it safe for you.
