Yes, Domipen can cause constipation. It is a rare side effect of this drug. However, if you are experiencing severe constipation after taking this drug then inform your doctor and take precautionary methods such as eating fibrous foods to avoid constipation.
Ideally, Domipen should be taken by mouth once daily but it can be taken twice in some cases depending on the severity of symptoms or as advised by your doctor.
